Your Vagina Looks Bigger

You may have noticed that your vagina actually looks slightly enlarged after you have had sex is because of friction. Having rough sex or simply not being lubricated enough during sex could cause irritation that leads to swelling. It's also possible that the swelling is caused by arousal. The vagina naturally gets wet and swells when in the mood, and it's perfectly normal. If the swelling doesn't disappear within a few hours, you should see your doctor.

Bleeding

Don't be afraid if you notice that you're bleeding after sex. It's actually surprisingly common and there are multiple reasons it could be happening. According to the NHS, when your vagina is dry, you may experience bleeding from friction during sex. Or it could be a sign of endometriosis. Medical News Today reports that endometriosis can cause extreme pelvic pain, heavy periods and bleeding after sex.

You Might Get Pregnant

Whether it is the first time or the thousandth time, you can get pregnant from having sex. Anytime semen enters your vagina, you can become pregnant. Before a man ejaculates, his penis releases a fluid called pre-cum. Although uncommon, sometimes live sperm are present in pre-cum, which means it can also cause pregnancy. Anytime cum or pre-cum comes into contact with your vagina, pregnancy is possible, even if you don’t have sex. If you are sexually active and do not want to get pregnant, it is important to use a method of birth control like condoms or the pill.

Cramps.

As good as sex can be, it can also bring pain, according to a British study. Some people who get their period experience menstrual-like cramps after intercourse and there a few common causes. Sometimes you think your period ended and those contractions bring a few last drops out. But it's nothing to worry about. If it happens often though, see your doctor; it could be a variety of pelvic conditions. 

Your Vaginal Secretions Increase

After having sex, excessive vaginal secretion is normal. It means that you might have experienced orgasm. Your body has just secreted a lot of happy juice, according to Dr. Renjie Chang. For older women after menopause, due to oestrogen reduction in the body, her vaginal secretion becomes less, causing dryness and vaginal atrophy
